Dwell 2nd Street offers luxury pet-friendly apartments in Philadelphia. Featuring spacious studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans in the Northern Liberties, Olde Kensington and Fishtown area – you and your furry friends will feel right at home with plenty of space to romp and play. Our stunning community even features a pet spa for all your pet’s grooming needs as well as a fenced in dog park for your four-legged friend to get plenty of exercise and socialization with our Dwell 2nd Street residents. • Maximum of 2 (two) pets per apartment: Only 1 dog allowed (i.e. 1 dog, 1 cat or 2 cats)
• Dogs have 40lb weight limit
• Weight limit is determined by breed/weight at full maturity
• Pets allowed: Dogs, cats, birds (caged indoors) and fish.
• Breed restriction (including but not limited to):
  Chow, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Mixes, Mastiffs, Dobermans, and Rottweilers
