In case you haven’t heard, our Dwell 2nd Street community is getting a tasty new neighbor. Opening this spring, the Deli @ Dwell will offer a bright, welcoming space for both residents and neighbors to enjoy sandwiches, smoothies, cocktails, and a little bit of everything in between.
We met with owner Michael Conn and general manager Tom Hayden to learn all the delicious details of what the new space has to offer.
Conn and Hayden also told us that all of the unique graffiti art featured throughout the deli is created by local artists who grew up in the area, adding another touch of personality to the space.
With specialty cocktails, eight craft beers on tap, a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, homemade sandwiches, and more, we know Deli @ Dwell will quickly become a beloved centerpiece of our apartment community and neighborhood.
“We are a yes-taurant. If I have ingredients and you guys want it, we’re here to cater to you,” Hayden said. “We really want to grow regulars and really be a part of what you guys need.”
